Can dressing in the nude put a spring in your step? Judging by the flesh-tone hues that hit the runway for spring it will. Pale, earthy neutrals from Nina Ricci, Zac Posen and Derek Lam all offer the subtlety of this key trend, while tossing in a serious dose of sex appeal. Mui Mui added allure to a cinched-waist pleated burlap dress by pairing it with some red-hot satin pumps, while Gucci rocked out its earth toned look with some double-decker platforms and gold accessories. My response: If subtle shades can look this hot, then let’s get nude!
