We'll admit right away we're on the fence with this one. While we do love the inspiration menswear has provided - the alluring way trouser pants fall over the curve of the hips, a button down playing peek-a-boo with the neckline and cleavage or the way an oversized watch falls around a slender wrist-t his is one trend we've yet to indulge.

As shown by our trend adventurers this look is not easily achieved and therefore not at all for the faint of style. However, it can be a very chic look if you keep your apparel simple--smooth, clean lines (dodging any and all unnecessary bagginess) on classic pieces letting your bow tie be the bold stand out accessory. The key is to avoid being too formal by keeping it fun with colors or prints.

So, will you be tying one on?

The season's denim options are all washed out – stone and acid that is. Pull out an old pair of jeans, scissors, a few cups of bleach-depending on how bleached out you want them-grab a few smooth stones (if you want the stone wash look) and commence washing, bleaching and ripping-the more bleached and ripped the better, so wash on!
